Oh the joys of case writing and editing. We can tell how hard the cherubs have been working just by talking and looking at them. It started with a Rebuttals lab, the students were VERY active and participatory. Then it was off to the library! While students were research Liz and Alston took turns having individual meetings with the students to discuss their case positions. After dinner, students came back to the library where we finished case discussion and showed them a couple of very helpful drills so that there rebuttals, case writing/editing and cross ex drills will be fan-tab-ulous!
